ITPAM upgrade to 4.4 caused Z/OS operator process loop

Issue/Introduction

The Z/OS operator is getting a process loop and not completing

Environment

ITPAM Release : 4.4

Resolution

After the PAM 4.4 upgrade, we see "commons-net-3.6.jar" is causing the reported issue. After restoring the commons-net-2.1.jar as a workaround, it's working as expected and now Z/OS operators are completing as expected.
