Rally: Can we restore or recover the description of an artifact OR just get the verbiage from a description that was accidentally deleted?

Issue/Introduction

We accidentally deleted a Description and want to know if Rally can help us get it back.  

This can apply to any Rich Text Field where the revision history does not contain the entire verbiage.

Resolution

Open a case with support so we can assist.

Provide the:

1. Formatted ID e.g. DE1234, US46789, etc.
2. URL to the work item listed above. (which includes the object ID).
3. Which field should be retrieved.  e.g.  description, notes, etc.
4. Should the text be restored to a previous value or retrieved and sent to you for review?
