python lookup script occasionally fails to auto lookup custom attribute

Issue/Introduction

In certain scenarios using Email prevent with python lookup scripts, the auto lookup sometimes fails. Manual lookup still completes. 

Environment

Release : 15.8 / 16.0

Cause

We have identified an issue where a double quote followed by a space in the email subject will cause the auto-lookup to fail. It will work if the double quote is closed off by another double quote before it hits a space. 

 

"test" = pass

"test " = fail

Resolution

Resolved in DLP 16.0 RU2 and 16.1
