The ecometer administration module does not appear under Settings in the OC

Issue/Introduction

The ecometer administration module does not appear in the OC despite the fact that the probe is up and reporting correctly.

The probe administration module was previously working correctly but the probe was down until the customer had an option to do tests on their computers - now when uploading it, the probe uploads correctly but the module to manage it does not appear as it appeared previously in the operator console.

• Release: 20.4

Resolution

1. Deploy the ecometer_admin probe package to the Operator Console Robot.
2. In the OC, click on the 'Settings' icon->check for the 'Ecometer Admin' module.
