Issue/Introduction

There is a strange situation when some of the Dollar Universe boxes in 5 of our prod servers - where uprocs are triggered again & again.

 

 

Environment

Release: 6.x, 7.x

Cause

There is a corruption of the data.

Resolution

Following steps should resolve the problem.

- Login as the Dollar Universe administrator user on the target server and load the Dollar Universe environment

. ./unienv.ksh

- Go to the bin folder of the node:

cd $UNI_DIR_EXEC

- stop the node

./unistop

./unireorg

./unistart
