IEC130I BACKUPI DD STATEMENT MISSING when running SL report after maintenance applied

Issue/Introduction

The following error is seen when trying to run ACF2 report ACFRPTSL. A BACKUPI DD statement appears to be required.

What is causing this and why is BACKUPI needed?

Resolution

ACF2 PTF LU09245 was an enhancement that added passphrase information to the SL report.
As passphrase information is stored in the INFOSTG database, an additional DD statement BACKUPI
must be added to the SL report JCL pointing to the INFOSTG database backup.

To summarize:
- BACKUPI DD is needed to run the batch report (SL) once PTF LU10396 is applied. 
- This DD should be pointing to the INFO storage backup database.
- There is no impact on systems that do not have this ptf applied.
