Catalog offerings are blank in Service Point for End users. It is showing for Admin users
Service Desk Manager/Service Catalog 17.3 and higher
Ran query - select * from usm_tenant_ext where status=1;
If it lists 2 rows(for example the machine name change, the installation was migrated etc.), this is the reason why the Service Point page is blank. Service Desk Manager administrator would need to inactivate one record that is not valid anymore using database update statement and then restart the xFlow.
