Can I see any content of the message from the SMG?

Environment

Release: 10.7.5

Resolution

The SMG can filter messages in Message Audit Logs, displaying information such as sender and recipient email addresses, original subject, and attachment item names.

However, it is not possible to download or open any attachments.

While the limitations are clear, if the message was quarantined as spam, its body may still be visible.
