Cannot access CABI dashboard data in Operator console

Issue/Introduction

Click the IM Overview report icon on the dashboard tab, but the dashboard cannot be opened and error is displayed 

 

 

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component :Cabi 7.50 /8.0 bundled

Database :Oracle

Resolution

Can see errors in cabi jasperserver logs

at org.apache.tomcat.dbcp.dbcp.BasicDataSource.getConnection(BasicDataSource.java:1044)
    at com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.engine.jasperreports.service.impl.TibcoDriverManagerImpl.unlockConnection(TibcoDriverManagerImpl.java:59)
    at com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.engine.jasperreports.service.impl.JdbcDataSourceService.createConnection(JdbcDataSourceService.java:56)

Caused by: java.sql.SQLInvalidAuthorizationSpecException: [TibcoSoftware][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01017: 用户名/口令无效; 登录被

 

In this use case the Oracle database password was changed before.

Both passwords in the below XML file need to be changed. Previously only one was changed 

(NIMSOFT_HOME)/Nimsoft/probes/service/wasp/webapps/cabijs/META-INF/context.xml

Restart the CABI server after the change
