10.8 Webview upgrade to HF2 results in version not being reflected in logs

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 10.8 WebView to HF2, the version still shows as the GA version of 10.8.  Even reinstalling WebView 10.8 and upgrading to HF2 results in the same issue.

WebView is at version

Environment

Release : 10.8

Resolution

From the logs, we see that the HF was applied, but only a few JARs were modified as part of this HF, including up to only changes are done to telemetry sites.

From 10.8.SP1 the versions are properly updated. If possible, please upgrade to 10.8.SP1.
