Issue/Introduction

All LDAP users have superuser role.

Environment

Release Automation 6.7 build 810

Cause

In Directory properties a wrong value has been put in "Group Search filter".

Example : (objectclass=groupOfNames)

 

Resolution

Normally the default search filter is "(|(member={0})(uniquemember={0}))". It is used to find the groups to which a specific user belongs.

The solution is :

1- Under User Management, tab Directory servers, open the properties of the directory

2- Delete the value "{objectclass=groupOfName}" in "Group Seach filter".

Default value "(|(member={0})(uniquemember={0}))" will appear.

 

3- Click on Save button
