EEM/SDM installed on the same server.
Client changed the server name and performed needed steps in EEM and EEM itself works fine
pdm_status shows all SDM processes are running/complete with the new server name
but can't login to SDM
Service Desk Manager 17.3 and higher
Please perform these steps
--open NX.env file and change the
@NX_EIAM_HOSTNAME
to the new server name and save the change
--go to database mdb options table and modify the row with eiam-hostname with the new server name
--restart SDM
--try login
