API-1019 Error Creating New Idea From Template For One User

Issue/Introduction

A User is not able to create a New Idea From Template, from a specific template.

API-1019:Could not process the request due to internal error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1.Have 2 users will same base rights needed to create an idea from template

2. Go to Modern Workspace > Ideas  > New From Template

3. Choose idea template

4.Populate required fields and Click Create.

Expected: Instance of idea should be created

Actual: An idea instance is not created.

Resolution

Ensure the following right(Resource - Edit Ideas - All) is provided to the user.
