Issue/Introduction
Certain backend components may need the Visual C++ build tools, such as the Aria chatbot component. This document provides the links that allow one to perform such an install where internet connectivity may not be available.
Environment
Release: 17.3 or higher

Resolution
1. Download the visual build tools from an online server and copy the folders to the offline server. Refer to the following links for the instructions
