DLP incidents are not associated with AD users

Issue/Introduction

Incidents imported from DLP are associated with users that lack details like manager, manager email, user type, etc.

Environment

Release : 6.x

Cause

Data In Motion (DIM) incidents were imported from Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP) into Information Centric Analytics (ICA) prior to integrating Active Directory (AD) users and groups. Because of this, incidents were not associated with AD users in ICA.

Resolution

Contact Broadcom support for assistance with resetting the DLP data source connection.
