Does AUTOSYS will be compatible with S4 Hana system?

Autosys 12.x
System Agent 12.x
SAP Plugin 12. x

Resolution

HANA is the Database behind SAP.
The Agent Plugin for SAP communicates with the SAP instance VIA API calls and not directly to the database itself.

Unless you are wanting to make direct database calls, which currently is not supported, the SAP plugin should work find regardless of the back end database type.
