Issue/Introduction

The customer saw multiple occurrences of Event 3007 - Failed to Remove Orphaned File on Detection Server. 

Environment

Release: 16.0

Cause

Upon investigation, it was discovered that the version of java was an older version of Java instead of the version that shipped with DLP 16.0. This discrepancy caused conflicts, which led to the failed removal of orphaned files.

Resolution

Reinstall the detection server with the correct Java version by following the installation guide.
