cannot find Consul ACL token

Issue/Introduction

I am in between of in-place upgrade and upgrading Fault Tolerant Data Aggregators and was upgrading the DA node 1. When i am running below command, getting this error

# /opt/IMDataAggregator/scripts/dadaemon activate
WARNING: Cannot find the Consul ACL token

No acl-token.properties file 

No acl-token.properties file created 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Resolution

You need to upgrade the consul and both Data Aggregators before the acl-tolken.properties file gets created and you can start/activate the Data Aggregators.
