Issue with E&C to AD Endpoint after data migration

Issue/Introduction

OVERVIEW:

We exported the Provisioning Role, Account Template, and Endpoints from Travelport's Preproduction Environment and imported to their Dev environment. After the import, we restarted these services: IMPD, IMPS, CCS. 

Once the import was completed and the services restarted, we received the following error when we executed the AD explore & correlate:

Failed to explore/correlate Endpoint: javax.naming.NamingException:

[LDAP: error code 80 - :ETA_E_0019<RDI>, Active Directory Endpoint 'AD Non-Prod (GAL2)' read failed:

Connector Server Add failed: code 80 (OTHER-NamingException): failed to add entry eTNamespaceName=ActiveDirectory,dc=im,dc=etasa: javax.naming.NamingException:

The CCS Manager is not enabled  and no remote server is configured for endpoint type 'ActiveDirectory' (ldaps://172.31.20.16:20411) ]; remaining name 'eTADSDirectoryName=AD Non-Prod (GAL2),eTNamespaceName=ActiveDirectory,dc=im,dc=eta'

Resolution

The data that was migrated kept the ip address from the old environment:

This issue has been resolved and the final issue was that there were communication issues from provisioning to the connector server. These have been resolved and the system is up and running.
