Failed to save Agent information errors in TRC_USD_MPCWORKER_0.log

Issue/Introduction

In TRC_USD_MPCWORKER_*.log there are a lot of ERROR lines like :

sdmpcworke|sdmpcworker|npc_sdagent_copier.c|001753|ERROR| Failed to save Agent information: Can't open C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Server\SDBS\var\managedpc\agents\~agents.inf: Error code 3

How to resolve this problem ?

Environment

Client Automation - All Versions.

Resolution

This error indicates that directory C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Server\SDBS\var\managedpc\agents does not exist.

Restore this directory from another scalability server (or Domain Manager).
