unirepinfo provides wrong build version and build date

Issue/Introduction

Reporter Server command unirepinfo provides a wrong/outdated/hardcoded Build number and Build Date, most likely since version 6.10.81.
In file <reporter_folder>\mgr\server-version.txt:

If we compare with unirepinfo, we should have Build 2 and build date 20221117, but instead we obtain:

Expected Behavior: Build number and Build Date should correspond with the ones in <Reporter>\mgr\server-version.txt
Actual Behavior: Build number and Build Date from unirepinfo since 6.10.81 seems stuck with values 0001 and 2021.08.04
