Spectrum Configuration Manager Name changed to a Device name

Issue/Introduction

The Configuration Manager name has changed to a device name recently. It is not manually edited as there is no way to edit it back to the original name. 

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum Release : 22.2

Resolution

Restart the Spectrum Tomcat process (OneClick server) and exit the OneClick client and restart it.
