Issue/Introduction

Can you assist us in enabling the Prisma tunnels in VNA for meraki devices to view the metric data in Performance center.

How can we set up DX NetOps to monitor a Palo Alto Prisma environment?

Does VNA support monitoring or gathering metric data from a Palo Alto Prisma environment?

Is there any metric data available specific to Cisco Meraki tunnels connected to a Palo Alto Prisma environment?

Environment

All supported DX NetOps Virtual Network Assurance (VNA) releases

Cause

Not currently a supported SD-WAN technology for use in the existing VNA releases.

Resolution

Submit an Enhancement Request to Support via a new support case requesting a new VNA plugin for gathering inventory and metric data from a Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN environment.
