Issue/Introduction
The DB server PW expired and has now been changed. However, we are unable to change the password in the Admin Tool. It comes up with an error stating login failed.
Environment
Release : 12.1.02
Resolution
The database password entered is incorrect, need to verify that the password is correct, and try again.
