Usually when these types of error conditions the best advice is to have your the customer to run a BACKUP/REORG Restore process. The REORG process creates a new set of index pointers so everything can be discovered. A simple backup and a restore may not see all the output after the restore.
You should run the complete OLLX6100 process. This will backup the files and perform a reorg that updates indexes etc. so members can be found.
This should resolve the issue.
