Issue/Introduction

in the tomcat log we see

Cause

We saw that PM events are syncing correctly to Spectrum for all landscapes, contrary to the below error.

The error in tomcat coincided with the 2 am backups from portal. We verified that OC is polling PM for events and getting them, apart from 5 mins around the time of the tomcat error.

Resolution

No steps were needed to resolve.

we verified that comms between the OC and Pm were working:

check SsoConfig and verified Performance Center settings under Remote Value for Web Service Host and Web Service Port.

from portal verified that OC is polling PM for events and getting them.

"Performance Center Integration" debug showed we were polling all events

We saw recent PM threshold events on OC
