Attempting to bring up the details flyout panel for a Status Report does not work

Issue/Introduction

The Details fly-out panel is not working for Status Reports. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Ensure there is at least one Status Report in the system
  2. Navigate to the Status Report workspace
  3. Click on a Status Report row and open the Details panel 

Expected Results: That the details flyout panel will show the details. 

Actual Results: The details pane is blank and there is a persistence exception in the logs. In Postgres the cause looks like: Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: missing FROM-clause entry for table 'created' Position: 4410. The error for the other DB vendors should be similar. 

Workaround: None.
