SPM Test Templates switch from a state of enabled to disabled after a server restart.

Issue/Introduction

After the upgrade to 22.2.04 all SPM test templates have State of Disabled even if the State is changed to Enabled which causes all new tests to have a State of Disabled and run Status of Initial.

Environment

Release : 22.2

Cause

The parent test host is being returned as NULL on a server restart.

Resolution

This issue is targeted to be resolved in Spectrum version 22.2.8.
