Issue/Introduction

Can't seem to access/modify existing SLA and add new SLAs... currently using chrome and logged in as "Administrator."

SLM/SLAs were workig in UIM 20.4 CU3 for months now it appears to be corrupt/not working / partially working only.

Empty windows/screens. N response when clicking an SLA or trying to view it.

Resolution

Reinstalled Operator Console (OC 20.4) and SLAs/SLM/SLM Query Editor etc., was working again.

Resolved/recovered.
