Issue/Introduction

Can't seem to access/modify existing SLA and add new SLAs... currently using chrome and logged in as "Administrator."

SLM/SLAs were workig in UIM 20.4 CU3 for months now it appears to be corrupt/not working / partially working only.

Empty windows/screens. No response when clicking an SLA or trying to view it.

  • Unknown

Resolution

  • Reinstalled Operator Console (OC 20.4) and SLAs/SLM/SLM Query Editor etc., and it began working as expected again.
  • Resolved/recovered.
