Citrix session Windows login does not complete, connection drops

Issue/Introduction

Issues with citrix login sessions getting dropped. 

When users attempt to login, the Windows session disconnects instead of loading into Windows.

When the SEP client is removed, the issue does not occur.

Environment

Release : 14.3 RU4

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

Issue is fixed in 14.3 RU5 or later. Please upgrade to resolve this issue.
