Unable to find SMPE Libraries for PTFs in ZOSMF

Issue/Introduction

Why are the 4 datasets SMPMTS, SMPPTS, SMPSCDS and SMPSTS not present after installing Pan/SQL via zOSMF?

Resolution

The zOSMF install file doesn't include the SMPMTS, SMPPTS, SMPSCDS and SMPSTS datasets 

In this instance, with the installation of PanSQL DB2 being done using zOSMF, the "Software Update" feature provides functionality to download and apply PTFs.

Then, these file are not needed until the product management is done under the entire zOSMF product management feature.

Thus, in order to install PTFs, use the "Software Update" feature from zOSMF.

Note 
The 4 datasets SMPMTS, SMPPTS, SMPSCDS and SMPSTS are required only for receiving, applying and, accepting the PTFs outside of zOSMF.
To manually apply the fixes outside of zOSMF, the JCLs which come with the PANSQL DB2 ESD package which is available in the downloads section of Broadcom software downloads.
But this is not necessary when using zOSMF feature.
