Issue/Introduction

Database was updated to Oracle 19c

DB jobs will not run, throwing error no ocijdbc21 found in the java.library.path: [., [full path to utility]/bin, /u00/app/oracle/product/19.17.0//lib, /usr/lib, /lib, [full path to java]/bin, ., /usr/java/packages/lib, /usr/lib64, /lib64, /lib, /usr/lib]

Environment

Release : 21.0.5

Resolution

Cause: The database was upgraded from oracle 12 to oracle 19

Resolution:
Since the version of oracle was upgraded, the ojdbc8.jar file needed to be copied from $ORACLE_HOME/jdbc/lib and placed into the agent's /bin/jdbc directory
