Even if option "Don't show this window again until the next update", the "What's New In Version 8.4" popup message appears again times to times. Why ?
Continuous Delivery Director 8.4
Value for option "Don't show this window again until the next update" is stored in the Local Storage of the Web Browser.
If "clear browsing data" on Web browser is done for "cookies and other site data", the local storage is emptied and value for option "Don't show this window again until the next update" is removed.
At the next logon, as value does not exist in Local Storage, default value False is used and popup message appears again.
I clear browsing data is done manually, unfortunately there is no solution and popup message will appear again.
In Microsoft Edge if option "Clear Browsing data on close" is selected, it is possible to add exclusions
Under "cookies and other site data", click Add on "Don't clear" and add the CDD site :
