Analyzer-based charts ignore filter values

Issue/Introduction

In the Information Centric Analytics (ICA) Analyzer, when a chart (e.g., Bar) is created and configured to display top n results, and the view is later configured to filter (exclude) a specific dimensional value, that value is removed from the result set; however, it remains on the chart despite the presence of the filter on the view. See the following example involving the 'Merger and Acquisition Agreements' policy:

Resolution

This is a documented limitation within the Analyzer. When the underlying Analyzer view backing a chart is filtered or details are added, the chart must be re-created.
