Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error during IDM start up

ERROR [com.workpoint.server.ConnectContext] (Timer-3) No dsn info found on close() for dsn='WPDS'. Cannot report connection issue for statistics processor.

Cause

Due to database user credential being locked on expired

Resolution

Unlock db user
