Issue/Introduction

When looking the programs running during certain time interval (set to 1 hour), is there a way to see exactly what time the programs ran since there are issues at a specific time of the day for around 10secs only. The view in detector has no timestamp. It shows everything that ran in that interval. How to find exact start and end timestamp of a thread in detector Planname Summary Display?

Environment

Release : 20.0

Resolution

The display seen is correct. There is no time stamp  PDTO0012    --------- DETECTOR Planname Summary Display which is standard activity but if you change the View Type ==> A to View Type ==> X from DETECTOR Datastore Interval Display you'll be taken to DETECTOR Exception SQL User Summary. From there select the OPID you'll see START_TIME in DETECTOR Exception SQL Request Summary

There is no end time  for the exception view. For the threshold, you can first find out the collection profile you're using then go to option 4 DETECTOR Exception SQL Request Summary from Detector Main Menu then option 1 View Collection Profiles from DETECTOR Collection/Reporting Profiles Menu, Select your profile From DETECTOR Collection Profiles Display

From DETECTOR View/Modify Application Groups  set Set Global Defs ==> _ to Y and then you'll see the thresholds in View Collection Profile Global Defaults

To update the threshold put Y to Update Global Defs ==> _
