Issue/Introduction

In Web Viewer 14.0 testing install, as master/administrator select a database, and within the Reports list click on Filter and change the mode to EXP with a DistID. The distid failed and then locked us out with the error CAHVS0311E CA View report list open failed (CAHVS1104E Unable to qualify selection of reports due to missing CA-Deliver interface (RMOGAM)).

The Filter button was still there but could not be selected to change back to mode ALL. We had to make the change within View in order to continue to work in Web Viewer. When the error pops up there's no way to get to the filter to change it back again to ALL, but we should be able to click on Filter and be able to update it again after the error without having to leave Web Viewer.

Resolution

The following workaround resolved the problem. Here is how to switch the mode back to all within Web Viewer r14:

- Once you receive the error click and the Filter button is grayed out the breadcrumb should still be active - it's on the line as the Filter button and contains the repository name followed by "Reports".

- Click Reports and switch it to Indexes.

- On the Indexes page you can reset the mode and Dist Id within the Basic filters section.  Click the APPLY button in Index Names to apply the changes.  Note that the Mode and Dist Id are set even if no index names are found.

- Click Indexes at the top and switch back to reports

NOTE: The UI is being rewritten.
