Previously, notifications about Hyper-APARs were received via email, but these email alerts are no longer received. Did the process change at Broadcom? How can you be notified about Hypers ?

When you sign on to the Support Portal, in the top right should be your name with a drop down menu. Click the drop down and select ‘Notification Settings’. This should show a list of your products with different buttons to be turned on or off. You can use the ‘Search by Product name’ box to find Top Secret if the list is large. Turn on the button(s) for the options you want. See screen shot below.
