Classic - Unable to change attachment type attribute from Single Document to Multiple Documents when created on Investment object.

Issue/Introduction

When changing an Attachment field from a single document to a multi-document field the changes are not visible.  This is happening in the Classic UI

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create attachment attribute on invesmtnet object as Single Document.
2. Put attribute on project Edit properties.
3. Change the attribute to Multiple Documents
4. Go to any projects and attempt to add a document to the attribute created in Step 1
5. Observe that one 1 document can be attached.

Expected Results: It should allow to attach Multiple Documents as per attribute settings in Studio

Actual Results: It is only allowing to attach single document.
