Issue/Introduction

SPC-NCM-20007: Capture Running Script Returned Error [127]:  /usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /home/cnim_admin/perl5/lib/perl5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/IO/Tty/Tty.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Gthr_key_ptr”

Above is the one of the error where the devices running via script 

 

Environment

Release : 21.2

Resolution

Please follow below steps.
1. Take a backup of $SPECROOT/lib/perl in non-working landscape.
2. Copy the perl dir i.e. $SPECROOT/lib/perl from working landscape to non-wrking landscape.
3. Re-run the failing script and see if its successful.

Copy the perl dir from /usr/local/lib64 (with which root was showing) to $SPECROOT/lib/ on non-working landscape.
