UIM - Percentile value missing in exported PRD pdf report

Issue/Introduction

Although the raw PRD report can show the percentile data ,the percentile data is missing in the exported PDF report 

Also report scheduler report fails to run if the corresponding PRD report has percentile data for more than a day

This fix will be included in 20.4 CU7 GA release
