Configured DWH settings in CSA but status remains unavailable

Issue/Introduction

Trying to setup Datawarehouse settings in CSA-  setting for the MSSQL server like hostname, port, database name, login name, password and DB link validated. 

While clicking save the status remains unavailable.

From the Clarity server we are able to connect to the sql server with the credentials using a test powershell script and account login action shown in the powershell script. 

Environment

Release : 16.1.0

Resolution

Stopping and starting clarity services and the status is available.
