Numerous files missing from webtomcat/lib on new install

Issue/Introduction

After installing Spectrum 22.25 the following messages are showing in the webtomcat log:

15-Feb-2023 17:27:34.076 WARNING [main] org.apache.tomcat.util.scan.StandardJarScanner.processURLs Failed to scan [file:/opt/CA/Spectrum/webtomcat/lib/visi-omg.jar] from classloader hierarchy

Environment

Release : 22.2

Cause

Missing the commons-collections4-4.4.jar from $SPECROOT/tomcat/webapps/spectrum/lib directory 

Resolution

Reinstall OneClick
