The customer wants to know the number and type of physical disks on the Edge SWG appliances. 

Resolution

The number of hard drives will depend on the model of your appliance. For more details refer to the hardware guide below, as an example, it's showing the S500 appliances.

You can verify the number and type of the disks on your device by looking at your Edge SWG Management Console - Maintenance - System and Disks - Disks.
