Issue/Introduction

zScaler has an SSL Inspection feature to monitor all HTTPS traffic going out to the internet.

What is required at the Notification Server to allow zScaler SSL Inspection to work?

Resolution

The following were required for the SSL Inspection from zScaler to work with Notification Server.

The zScaler Root CA certificate had to be imported into the Notification Server's Windows Certificate Database as below.

"Local Computer -- Trusted Root Certification Authorities -- Certificates"
