We have an older M25 / M35 / R45.
Is there any end of life announcements for these models?

AppNeta Hardware End-of-Life notice

AppNeta Monitoring Point models m25, m35 and r45 will be End-of-Life from 31 January 2024. 1-year support on these models can no longer be purchased, effective immediately, but existing support contracts will be honored through to their natural expiry and can be extended through to 30 January 2024.
To ensure uninterrupted monitoring, take advantage of rapidly deployed container or virtual monitoring points or refresh them with newer hardware models as recommended in the table below prior to the EOL date.

Additional Information
Please also note some even-older models of monitoring points such as an M20, M22 and M30 have been End of Life for even longer date. The models are unable to work in the AppNeta SaaS portal and are no longer being used.
