Many TSS9920I and TSS9921I messages when stopping JES2

Issue/Introduction
During IPL, and after stopping JES2 it is possible to see thousands of TSS messages like these ones:
TSS9920I Closing CPF Journal files Started
TSS9921I Closing CPF Journal files Completed
This is not happening always. It is a random problem.
This may happen in JES3 environments as well.
