Connection fails when installing automation folders

Issue/Introduction

Having trouble after migrating to a new Ghost Server. The Dagent is installed on all the clients and these can be seen them within the Ghost Server console. These can be both shut down and turned on, however, creating or pushing an image will not work and it installing automation folders fails with an error stating the connection attempt failed.

Environment

GSS 3.3

Cause

Ports were closed that the Dagent uses to communicate with the GSS server.

Resolution

Review the ports used per KB article TCP/UDP ports required in Ghost Solution Suite 3.X, and after updating those ports, it is now possible to install the automation folder to the client.
