Restarting JOBF From last restart position does not work as expected

Issue/Introduction

When restarting a File transfer Job (JOBF) with the "From last restart position" option, the entire file is transferred again. The message in Report is: "Restart all new"
According to the Documentation, the file should continue to be transferred from the point of interruption.

To reproduce:
1. Launch a FT job like this job that transfers a huge file
2. Then after 10s or so, Cancel it
3. Then restart using the option "From last restart position" , you will realize that in the report you will have:

which is not expected and the whole file will be tranferred again.

Resolution

The issue has been confirmed to be a bug by our Dev team.
A fix will be provided in a future version.
